Seeking competent, positive and welcoming individuals who can think critically and take charge of a busy reception desk, including answering and forwarding calls, greeting visitors, processing mail and performing regular clerical duties such as operation/navigation of computer programs. Receptionists must be able to safely and effectively control flow of traffic in and out of the facility by visitors and residents. Reception/health care experience helpful. In addition, customer service includes interacting with families, providing assistance on the nursing units, court-yard supervision, etc.
