Johnston County is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Description Johnston County Airport is seeking a Customer Service Representative- Part-time (10-20 hours a week) that will provide excellent customer service to the public. Posting open until filled and may close at any time.

Duties and Responsibilities This position serves at the front desk greeting customers by phone and in person. Accepts payments, handles accounts receivables and various administrative and service oriented details. Communicates via air-to-ground radio and ground-to ground radio, in addition to other forms of communication. Coordinates and facilitates aircraft services, such as fuel and ground support.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Concierge-level assistance through excellent communication, anticipation of needs, creative thinking, expedient responsiveness and attention to detail. Previous accounts receivable experience preferred. Computer experience to include POS systems and Microsoft Office. Maintains professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Desired Education and Experience High school diploma, supplemented by office support experience and public contact.
