The Customer Service Specialist provides inbound customer assistance via customer service hotline and email correspondence.
What you’ll accomplish:
- Provide inbound customer service assistance
- Support all internal and external CCMC customers
- Field all inbound customer service calls
- Provide effective assistance to homeowners with questions or concerns regarding billing, dues, fees, address changes, general account maintenance and other issues
- Act as primary back-up to Receptionist including greeting visitors, operating company switchboard and other essential functions
- Provide administrative support to Accounts Receivable to include making copies, faxing, postage, filing and other support-related duties
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of one year experience in Customer Service
- Competent data entry skills and 10 key by touch
- Ability to maintain Excel spreadsheets and utilize common computer tools and office equipment
- Quality customer service to internal and external CCMC customers
- Ability to quickly process complex information and respond appropriately
- Able to troubleshoot and problem solve accounts receivable and collections issues
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Effective communication both orally and in writing
- Knowledge of the operations of homeowners associations preferred
