We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Assistant to support various production tasks around our shop. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn new skills. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work full-time hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with embroidery operations, including setting up and running embroidery machines.
• Perform heat pressing tasks for custom shirt production.
• Operate laser cutting and UV printing equipment.
• Assist in the creation of signs and banners.
• Maintain and organize the shop, ensuring a clean and efficient workspace.
• Help with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is used properly.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with other production tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of embroidery, heat pressing, laser cutting, and UV printing is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $15.50 per hour
