We are looking for a seasoned Sales Manager with previous senior living experience to work along side our various departments to connect, engage and drive resident occupancy. Proficient skills in event planning, training, and organization preferred. Ideal team member must be flexible to work weekends. Work hours: 9am-5pm

About the Sales Manager Position As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a:
Guide for families and older adults Youll be the boots on the ground both inside and outside our community, helping older adults navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.Team player Youll work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.Partner Youll partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals.

Qualifications & SkillsWed love to talk if you have the following:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
Valid drivers license
Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation
