**Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)**
San Jose / Bold Business Front Office / Part-Time We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to manage inbound/outbound calls and assist customers. **Candidates must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.**
**25-30 hrs./week** Multiple shifts available between 8am EST and 11pm EST Monday through Sunday **Job Responsibilities**
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions
Schedule appointments if necessary
Navigate computer programs and/or databases
Data entry
Maintain electronic files
May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company
**Job Qualifications**
Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
Spanish speaking skills are required
Excellent customer service skills
Good PC skills
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Great attention to detail
Able to support the WFH set up
Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps, minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps
Minimum of an i5 processor, 8 gig RAM
A designated work area
