About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Global Strategic Partnerships and Alliances to lead the development and execution of strategic partner relationships. This role is pivotal in driving the organization's partner-centric go-to-market strategy, encompassing various partner types such as strategic OEM partnerships, value-added resellers, technical partners, and the targeted development of MSSPs and system integrators. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning these partnerships to common goals, building and maintaining relationships with both external and internal stakeholders, and defining and executing business plans with strategic partners. The role demands a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in partner management, a deep understanding of the security and SaaS industry, and the ability to influence innovation through a partner ecosystem.A minimum of 15 years' in partner management for a global and emerging technology company, a BA/BS degree or equivalent (advanced degree highly desirable), and a proven ability to partner with senior-level individuals are essential. Key responsibilities for the VP, Global Partnerships and Alliances include full ownership of the go-to-market strategy with strategic partners, driving bookings and revenue, and working closely with the company's Corporate Development leader to execute GTM motions. The ideal candidate will have a global perspective, be open to global travel, and possess strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. The role requires a strategic thinker with a focus on solution selling and the ability to build compelling value propositions for partners and joint customers.
