We are looking for a motivated Runner / Busser to join Santa Diabla!
As a Runner / Busser you will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by expediting food from the kitchen to the table in a professional and hospitable manner.
You will also assist in cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, setting tables, and servicing items to guests such as water, coffee, and condiments.
We are looking for a candidate that is proficient at managing multiple priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment. With special attention to the details, you care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.
We would love for you to learn and if you want have become a server in the future.
Qualifications
•Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred.
•Ability to obtain food handler certification and TABC certification.
•Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position
•Able to work in a fast-paced environment
•Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy.
•Able to stand for extended periods of time.
•Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks.
•Ability to follow instructions and guidelines.
•Ability to work efficiently and quickly.
•Must be able to work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
•Delivering dishes to the correct tables.
•Preparing sauces and condiments.
•Wipe tables and seats with sanitizer and cloths.
•Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchen for cleaning.
•Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties to facilitate customer service.
•Assist servers and management at all times.

The name SANTA DIABLA was first born from the idea of creating a restaurant that would be playful and mischievous, just like a devil, a DIABLA. It is a restaurant that has the openness, the attitude and the fun of the Mexican culture and at the same time it has the seriousness of an experienced restauranteur group with almost 30 years in the industry, this last part stands for the word SANTA.
If we would have to personify SANTA DIABLA it would be a young but experienced entrepreneur. Who is fun, outgoing, open minded and of course Mexican but living in Texas.
