**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, following traditional and modern recipes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Measure and combine ingredients to prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings.
- Package baked goods for sale or consumption.
- Bake different types of sourdough breads and pastries.
- Ensure all baked items meet quality standards.
- Operate and maintain baking equipment.
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques.
- Adhere to food safety standards.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
- Culinary or baking certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Understanding of food safety practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required
- Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and decoration.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is required.
