The Sourdough Co. is Hiring a Baker Near Saint Petersburg, FL

```Duties```
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked sourdough goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, scales and dough sheeters.
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper cooking times and temperatures
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area

```Experience```
- Previous experience working in bakery is a MUST!!!!!
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and principles of baking
- Familiarity with various baking tools and equipment
- Ability to accurately measure ingredients and follow recipes
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, scales and ovens
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations

As a Baker, you will play a vital role in our kitchen by creating delicious baked goods for our customers. Your attention to detail, creativity, and passion for baking will contribute to the success of our bakery. We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within our organization. Pay: From $16.00 per hour
