```Duties```
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked sourdough goods, including bread, pastries, and desserts
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, scales and dough sheeters.
- Monitor baking process to ensure proper cooking times and temperatures
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils, and work area
```Experience```
- Previous experience working in bakery is a MUST!!!!!
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and principles of baking
- Familiarity with various baking tools and equipment
- Ability to accurately measure ingredients and follow recipes
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, scales and ovens
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
