MISO’s footprint is experiencing a large and accelerating transition to a more renewable resource fleet that requires a significant transmission buildout to ensure a reliable and cost- effective supply of energy to our members. We are looking for a talented Business Analyst - Cost Allocation who is driven to ensure the cost of transmission that will enable this change is fairly allocated. They will also have a significant role in shaping the conversation around possible new solutions and their impact on how transmission costs are shared.
As the Business Analyst - Cost Allocation , you will perform, coordinate, and support economic, financial, and strategic analysis within the Cost Allocation group.
You will be part of a high performing, dynamic, and diverse team that is centered around creativity, collaboration, commitment, and adaptability to drive forward the mission of equitable cost allocation.
In one year as our Business Analyst - Cost Allocation , you will know you were successful if you can own parts of the cost allocation process by being the subject matter expert on designated areas and understand how your role is an integral part of the overall team’s success.

Previous Energy industry, a background in Economics, or experience in utility ratemaking is a big plus.
