We are looking for a full time Dental Office Receptionist to join our team.
Our desirable person is punctual, with great organization skills and able to do multi-tasking. Having a positive attitude dealing with patients is a must. This position requires prior experience in the dental field for at least 3-5 years, as minimum, working as a dental office receptionist. Experience with any dental management preferably Eaglesoft is required.
The tasks for this position include, but are not limited to:
- making phone calls to make and confirm appointments
- Able to verify patients' dental insurance and create insurance breakdowns.
- Presenting treatment plans to patients and helping with financing the cost of their treatment.
