Environmental Services (Belvidere) Associate

We are seeking a Environmental Services Associate to:

• Join our world-class team of doctors, nurses and other health care professionals in providing everything from preventive health care to highly specialized programs.
• Provide quality care in a compassionate patient- and family- centered environment.
• Perform a variety of cleaning and service functions ensuring the safety, health and morale of patient, visitors and employees.
• Assist patient's recovery by providing a sanitary, attractive, safe environment with minimal interference.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as Health System incentives.

Experience/Skills:

• Ability to understand oral and written instructions.
• Ability to effectively and respectfully interact with all levels of staff and the public within the organization and community.
• Successful completion of annual job specific competencies and skill verification tools required.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with frequent pushing/pulling, bending, crouching and climbing.
