Dates / times needed (open shifts) : Monday-Friday 8 am - 6 pm
List dates of employment : Fall 2024 and Spring 2025
Position is open to : Undergraduate students only Rate : 14.00 / hour
Office Services / Mail Room Clerk Position Responsibilities :
- Receive, sort and deliver all mail and packages to the proper destinations. (Offices and Mailboxes, Priory Campus)
- Assist with copy, binding, scanning and other requests submitted to Office Services
- Meter all outgoing mail
- Assist customers at the Office Services window with all requests and questions they might have.
- Perform other duties as requested, delegated or assigned.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Telephone etiquette skills
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions
- Ability to take direction and follow through on assigned tasks
- Basic computer and office skills
- Maintain a professional work environment and attitude
Requirements
- Must be enrolled at least at part-time, degree-seeking student status at Dominican University.
- Must be eligible for US employment.
