About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, AIG Information Security Office Governance Lead to oversee the information security governance process, ensuring alignment with regulations, developing a comprehensive security strategy, and maintaining security policies and standards. The role involves delivering Board materials to support the Chief Information Security Officer, publishing program performance measurements, and supervising a small team. The successful candidate will define and operationalize cybersecurity governance processes, maintain the Information Security Strategy, and work with various governance bodies to provide visibility into security initiatives. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with business and technology leaders to implement global cybersecurity policies, build Key Performance Indicators, and participate in critical infrastructure sector activities, including public-private partnerships and US Government initiatives.Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience in technology and cyber security, with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. The role demands a wide-ranging perspective and experience in diverse environments, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong communication and collaboration abilities. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with senior leadership and work with teams across all levels of the organization. The position also requires the ability to manage a small team and participate in cyber initiatives and forums on behalf of The Company.
