Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HVAC Service Technician. The HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, conducting preventive maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires working on-site in Rensselaer, NY.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Repair, and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Experience in providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Valid driver's license
- Relevant HVAC certifications or training is a plus
