Support IT security solutions for North America's top distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, at Uline! As a Senior IT Security Engineer, work with IT Security Operations and new technologies to help secure one of the largest e-commerce sites in the U.S.

Positions available in Pleasant Prairie, WI; Kenosha, WI; and Waukegan, IL.

Position Responsibilities

• Ensure the company runs safely by focusing on security, managing risks and setting up protective measures.

• Engineer and support security measures like firewalls, network setups and tools to protect against online threats.

• Regularly check the company's security technologies to find weak spots and suggest ways to make it stronger.

• Work with engineers, architects and developers to design strong security plans for new and current projects.

• Reduce security risks for complex projects or those that could pose business challenges.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.

• 5 years of experience in an enterprise-level IT environment with 2 years in IT Security.

• CISSP, Security or related information security certifications are preferred.
