Overview

Full-Time - $.-$ / hour Per Mar Security is looking for qualified candidates for gate Security Officer in a home improvement store setting.

The best candidate will be comfortable working independently. You are detail oriented and will have basic technology skills including the ability to operate a tablet.

Minimum Requirements :

• Must be years of age or older
• Must be able to obtain a WI Private Security License
• Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to operate a gate and check vehicles in all weather conditions
• Must pass background check
• Must pass drug screen on-site at time of hire

Available Shifts :

West Bend : Full-Time, 2nd Shift - 1pm-9pm

Racine : Full-Time, 1st Shift - Sun 0-0, Mon-Thurs 0-0

Job Skills / Requirements

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Attend gate and provide access control for customers coming in and out of the back lot of the facility
• Thoroughly examine vehicles as they enter the premises and make note of existing items within vehicles
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Twice per shift, walk the yard and report any suspicious activities or criminal acts
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations
