We go out of our way to ensure we meet our ratio guidelinesPAY RATE
- Newly Licensed-5 years $21-25.42
- 6 years $25.97-$30.13
- Cap of Pay grid $35.53/hr
- $1.50 differential pay for Friday Eve Shift through Sunday Noc
- Nursing Assistants not yet certified start at $19.00 and must get licensed within four months of hire.
SCHEDULES AVAILABLE
- Day Shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm)
- Evening Shift (2:00 pm to 10:30 pm)
- NOCs (10:00 pm to 6:30 am)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Oregon, or
- Completion of CNA course certification (must get OSBN licensed within four months of hire)
- Communicates well with nurses, patients/residents, and families
- Resolves problems & works cooperatively with others in a professional manner
