Currently seeking a Retail Marketing Coordinator to join the team at an apparel company in the area!

Job Description :

Supports traffic driving marketing campaigns to North America factory, brand and employee locations. This role will manage multiple platforms and internal / external communications that requires excellent project coordination between cross-functional partners.

• Execute Factory and Brand store promotional marketing messaging. Work closely with merchant and creative teams to secure assets and share marketing communications with external mall partners for timely posting on marketing channels.
• Project management of tent sale and pop-up store location marketing support to include creation of assets, shipping collateral, and posting marketing communications to external marketing platforms.
• Support administrative tasks as assigned including meeting notes, shipping and print requests.
• Support weekly presentation needs and recapping results of campaigns and store communications.
• Create and execute store communications regarding marketing campaigns.
• Physical and digital B2B gift card fulfillment.
• Support store event execution.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with key stakeholders across the company and various business units.
• Highly professional demeanor with external partners.
• Highly organized and self-sufficient with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and / or projects.

Hybrid Schedule : 2 days remote, 3 days onsite
