Our mission is to create workforce insights and business recommendations that help leaders make evidence-based people decisions that drive improved business outcomes, and to enhance employee experience and quality of life.You will work directly with HR product teams to understand capabilities we want to create for our employees, partner with technology teams to ensure adoption of standardized technology toolkit, data quality and performance, communicate insights to stakeholders and manage your team to implement solutions.Job Responsibilities Manage team with responsibility for developing and delivering BI solutions to support HR product areas Partner with contributors in other areas to acquire, organize and transform data to information, using appropriate technologies Analyze data and create effective, reliable, maintainable, and scalable reports, dashboards, and scorecards Communicate insights to stakeholders, informing people strategies and supporting evidence-based decisions Tune presentation and performance, and monitor usage, to ensure high user approval rates Ensure conformance with all applicable controls, policies, and proceduresRequired Qualifications 7 years of relevant experience Master's Degree in statistics, computer science, business analytics, industrial and organizational psychology or similar technical subject. Experience in Workforce Strategy and Analytics consulting is preferred Expertise in Econometrics is a must. Expertise with ETL using SQL and associated tools, such as Alteryx and Elastic MapReduce Expertise with BI tools, such as SAP Business Objects, Tableau and AWS QuickSight. Practical software development experience in collaborative project settings, including rapid prototyping and disciplined software development processes Strong project management skills - track record of driving execution and delivery Ability to appropriately apply basic statistical techniques and Strong communications skills - can concisely, clearly, and accurately share ideas.
