National Director, Payer Accounts role willmanage Merz Therapeutic'sNational Accounts team and lead Merz'spayer strategy to Health Plans, PBM's, Medical Benefit Managers and other emerging customers in the payer space. Having strong Payer leadership benefits Merz by continuing XEOMIN's strong access in payer policies andstrengthen access for future products that Merz will market.
Core Duties:
Manage National Account Director Team

• Build, Develop & Lead a best in class National Account Director team

Lead the Merz payer strategy to key customers

• Create value prop strategy for U.S. payers and manage activity to secure & maintain access for Merz's key products

Partner with Reimbursement team leadership to create streamlined access picture

• Work closely with Reimbursement team leadership to share true product access picture and create talk tracks to ensure maximized pull-through with access

Collaborates with Merz leaders to ensure priority alignment

• Main payer point of contact for the following Merz personnel: Sales, Contracting/Finance, Legal, Payer Marketing, Compliance, Medical Affairs & Customer Service

Continually assess the Payer Landscape to Advance Merz product access

• Understands the constant changes within Commercial, Medicare & Medicaid channels to ensure the Merz payer strategy aligns with the current payer segment opportunities

Manages Department Budget

• Ensures goals are effectively achieved while balancing the financial objectives of the broader commercial organization
