This role is open to remote candidates, preferably in PST or MST.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor the monthly budget, including analyzing and reconciling variances and discrepancies
• Maintain up-to-date budget spreadsheets to ensure accuracy
• Assist with the uploading of invoices to the internal dashboard
• Regularly communicate budget status updates to both the Account and Media teams
• Collaborate with various teams to support processes, ensuring consistent communication with the Account and Media teams on budget status updates

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree
• You have worked 0-2 years working in finance, accounting, marketing, or equivalent experience
• You have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel functions including such as editing, formatting, and creating and maintaining formulas; Google Suite; and the basics of Strata/Advantage billing systems
