: CorVel is seeking a Medical Scheduling/Customer Service Supervisor (Specialty Services Supervisor) for our Phoenix, AZ office. The supervisor is responsible for the supervision of staff of our medical scheduling and customer service departments. In this position you are responsible for daily operations, inspiration of staff and ensuring your team is working at an optimal level for both performance and service.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Directs team in day-to-day coordinating center operations and quality of services provided.
* Establishes employee performance goals and follows-up to ensure the team is properly trained, achieves goals and provides outstanding service.
* Evaluates and maintains appropriate staffing levels to ensure all work is completed within internal and external customer service level agreements.
* Handles productivity reports, referral reports and assures departmental coverage.
* Reviews, investigates, and resolves customer complaints, issues and questions.
* Acts as a functional resource and assists Manager with operations.
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
* Minimum 2 years prior experience as a supervisor from a service industry.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication; demonstrated ability to provide superior service to internal and external stakeholders.
* Sense of urgency and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Bilingual with fluency in both English and Spanish required.
