About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for SAT Digital Product Management. This role is pivotal in leading a team of product managers and product owners to execute the vision and roadmaps for the SAT Suite of Assessments. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management of the digital product portfolio, including product roadmap, enhancements, and day-to-day management. They will also be accountable for the successful delivery of program changes, and will be expected to demonstrate confidence in making complex tradeoffs and resolving any related issues. The Executive Director will serve as a product evangelist, both internally and externally, and will be tasked with managing the business to meet or exceed P&L targets. The ideal candidate will have a background in EdTech, Higher Education, or K12 markets, with at least 10 years' of experience in product management, strategy, or consulting roles. Technical fluency, experience in Agile environments, and excellent communication skills are essential. The role requires a leader who can influence and negotiate at all levels, and who is adept at cross-divisional collaboration. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an MBA or related master's degree. The Executive Director will also be responsible for the mentorship and coaching of the product team, ensuring their growth and contribution to the overall success of the products.
