Responsibilities
- Perform month end, quarter end, year end close accurately and timely.
- Day to day activities include reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, billings and cash management.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, helping them with any issues.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of accounting systems and processes.
Qualifications
- 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Degree in Accounting.
- Experience with NetSuite preferred.
- Experience with Concur preferred.
- Exposure/experience to payroll a plus.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate well.
- Adaptable and detail oriented.
