Responsibilities Ability to read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), itemize and organize deliveries to and from the commissary, and maintain a clean and safe working environment . Excellent time management skills to ensure that each caf and venue location receives daily orders in an efficient and organized manner . Expected to comply with company standards of uniform and interpersonal skills . Excellent driving skills in and around the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area . Qualifications Detail-oriented with an ability to multitask . Ability to be self-directed while working in a team-oriented environment . Excellent interpersonal communication skills . Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and long hours . While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently communicating with fellow employees, co-workers, management staff, and culinary in a clear, professional, and respectful manner. This individual is required to constantly multi-task and prioritize the execution of these tasks while working under time constraints in moderate to high pressure situations. This position requires constant attention to detail following simple to complex (more than three steps) instructions, and concentration which frequently extends beyond 30 minutes at a time. Ability to speak and read in English at an intermediate level. While performing duties of the job, the employee will constantly be required to push and lift equipment, food product , and supplies. Frequently, employees are required to pull, climb, kneel, and stoop to push carts of equipment, food product, and move tables and chairs. Operational support members exert up to 75 pounds of force occasionally, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently. Employees are exposed to working conditions with hot plates and wet floors, frequently working in potentially loud environment s with crowded work and event spaces.
