e&e is seeking a Project Manager/Lead for a hybrid contract opportunity in Philadelphia, PA! The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project scoping and planning, may also be responsible for financial management and forecast monitoring.
• Create project schedules and communicate clear timelines to clients
• Serves as primary contact and point of coordination between marketing and creative teams and any third parties involved to manage projects (i.e, print and digital project production) from request through delivery.
• Anticipates key milestones and project dependencies/downstream implications to ensure success
• Responsible for addressing issues/risks associated with project pipeline, capacity and/or scope creep
• Tracks project timeline, communicating clear deadlines and providing proposed reprioritization based on due dates
• Proactively reports on project status, track and propose mitigation plan for project risks/issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related work experience
• Strong project management skills with proven experience in delivery of creative content production services
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Ability to critically assess a project or process to identify improvement opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members
