As an Administrative Assistant Your responsibilities will include but aren’t not limited to:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to respective recipients within the organization
  • Assist with various clerical projects as required, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Provide support for overflow tasks from the workload of other team members
  • Utilize administrative skills to assist with various tasks and projects
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all business matters
  • Organize and manage administrative projects, ensuring all details are handled in a clear and organized manner
  • Ensure all administrative functions are performed in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner
  • Assist with the development and implementation of administrative systems and processes
RequirementsThe Ideal Administrative Assistant will have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role within the education sector.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion for both professional and personal affairs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
