Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Upsell drinks and promote special offers to increase sales
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely drink service
- Assist in catering events as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in the food industry or customer service preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating orders
- Proficiency in POS systems for order processing
- Ability to engage customers, upsell, and drive sales
- Experience with cash registers and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with catering and food service operations

Expected hours: 8 – 50 per week
