REMOTE ATTORNEY OPPORTUNITY!
Robert Half Legal is partnering with an established, stable law firm based in Los Angeles that is looking for an associate attorney. This position can be 100% remote, but the firm has an office space in Pasadena for attorneys who are interested in working locally.
Responsibilities of Role:
- A-Z case management of insurance defense files relating to auto accidents, credit support, and premises liability from initial stages through trial.
- Discovery, including depositions.
- Law and motion.
- Court appearances.
- Pleadings.
- Communicating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.
- 165 hours per month

Requirements:
- Licensed attorney with at least 3 years of experience in CA civil litigation.
- Familiar with insurance defense and/or billable hours are a plus!
