Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inspection Coordinator to join our team. The coordinator is responsible for managing, updating and maintaining the inspection process.

Duties :

• Coordinate the scheduling of roofing inspections, prepare affidavits
• Completing all associated inspection and electronic paperwork
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with project manager and other team members to assist with scheduling jobs
• Occasionally pick up and drop off permits and NOC's
• Work with permitting to resolve issues with inspections

Requirements :

• 3-5 years construction / roofing experience most desired
• Previous experience in inspections or quality control preferred
• Permitting knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Salesforce / Zoho is desired.
• Familiarity with South Florida building departments and their portals.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to quality standards.
• Basic computer skills a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must be a team player, flexibility and adaptability most important.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
