Job Description

Our client in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Sales Admin. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by handling administrative tasks, managing all documents pertaining to departments, including SOPs, training material, marketing campaigns, etc. This candidate will also be tasked to assist executives in day-to-day record keeping for meetings and video calls. Additionally, responsibilities include booking flights, coordinating travel and lodging accommodations for tradeshows and conferences for the team, and assisting with social media marketing and requests.
Responsibilities:
Leads Organization: Process and manage sales leads to the sales team, ensuring accuracy and timely communication to prospective merchants.
Support Sales & Ops Team: Assist both teams with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
Data Entry: Enter and update customer information, sales data, and other relevant details into the CRM system.
Reporting: Work with the team to generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth order fulfillment (technology and/or equipment) and resolve any issues that may arise. Planning and scheduling events with the executive team.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in a sales environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Knowledge of sales processes and basic understanding of inventory management.
A proactive and collaborative approach to teamwork.
