Frenchman's Creek Beach & Country Club is Hiring a Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant Near Palm Beach Gardens, FL
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Handles member requests for dining and social events, takeout food orders, and confirms reservations on special events.
- Stays knowledgeable in all community events, functions, hours of operation; is prepared to provide information and directions about local community, malls, theatres, restaurants, etc.
- Assist with the coordination with the Executive Chef on all details relating to private parties and special event functions.
- Assist with the composition of routine food and beverage correspondence.
- Files correspondence and other records within a system capable of being accessed by all interested parties.
- Prepares variety of brochures, menus, letters, table numbers, poster, etc.
- Troubleshoots all problems relating to food and beverage office equipment, including copier, fax, computer, printers, etc.
- Keeps track of food and beverage office supplies and orders when necessary.
- Must be flexible and able to handle multiple projects at one time.
- Other functions may be assigned as needed.

Frenchman's Creek is a private member owned country club consisting of 606 homes, 2 18-hole golf courses, hard court tennis courts, 25,000 sf fitness spa facility 5 restaurants and our own Beach Club located on the Atlantic Ocean. The Club-House is currently under construction, and it is expected at the end of 2025.
