Job Duties:
·Answer phone calls and assist callers with inquires:
Such as taking stat information, sending reports, and helping with other questions.
·Call patients to schedule Home Call appointments.
·Enter stats and Home calls in our system.
·Enter stat information on Spreadsheet, disptach stat calls, and track and monitor stat progression.
·Research daily STATS to ensure they are entered as STATS in EMR system.
·Document dispatch and arrival times of all stats.
·Enter Requisitions into EMR system.
·Create new patient accounts as needed in EMR system.
·Call in Criticals to facilities.
·Dispatch and schedule pickups for covid/other assignments to couriers.
·Ensure that all home calls and stats have been assigned and completed in timely fashion.
·Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Customer service skills, computer skills, phone etiquette, one plus years medical background is a must.
