SNI Companies is currently seeking an experienced Project Accountant here in the Orlando, FL area
This is direct-hire opportunity and looking to interview and have someone start soon.
Responsibilities:
- Review contracts
- Work closely with Upper Management in preparing client billing for work performed
- Prepare invoice packages for all billable projects
- Prepare and obtain all lien waivers
- Verify and reconcile accurate project costs and revenue
- Follow up on aged receivables and ensure timely collection of all billings
- Make daily cash/check deposits as required
- Verify Insurance coverage for subcontractors
- Set up new vendors
- Review, code, and process accounts payable invoices
- Assist the project management team
•Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (strongly preferred)
•Minimum five plus years in general accounting processes
•Prior accounts payable and invoicing experience
•Must be able to pass a background and drug screening
