THE BRIAR TEAM is Hiring a Loader Operator Near Orlando, FL
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finish Loader Operator to join one of our grade crew teams.
We operate in Central Florida with the range from Daytona Beach to St. Cloud. Because this is a local area of operation, there are NO overnights or per diems. You will be home every evening.
Wages range from $20- $23 per hour and is based on a hands-on practical skills test.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment.
- Perform tasks including loader operation, grader operation, and water truck operation.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment at all times.
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Loader Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.
- Commercial driver's license (CDL B) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate various machinery including loaders, dump trucks, graders, Caterpillar equipment, water trucks, rollers and tankers.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
