Draft Note Design is Hiring an Office Clerk Near Orlando, FL


Draft Note Design is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our administrative team. The Office Clerk will be responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay$19.50 - $31.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Retrieve documents from filing system
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in another clerical position
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
