Scheduling Coordinator

My Orthodontist is looking for YOU! We are looking for an outstanding Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist that will be fully committed to our patients, their families, our Team and Doctors.

We offer state of the art facilities and board certified Doctors. We cater to a broader demographic and provide outstanding care. We own and operate all of the My Orthodontist offices. Our doctors are the best in the field and exemplify professionalism and exceptional people and clinical skills.

Must-haves:

• Be able to multi-task and perform well under pressure
• Administrative and scheduling experience at least one year
• Bilingual: English/ Spanish is a PLUS
• No experience or license required
• Willing to train the right candidates!
• Willing to travel between our West Orange and Paterson location

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
