Commercial Roofing Estimator / Project Manager
Location : Orange, CA
Salary : Up to $100,000 (Based on Experience)

Position Summary :
They are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in the industry, with a proven track record of delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive project estimations, assessing costs for materials, labor, and timeframes to prepare detailed and accurate bids.
- Manage all project phases, from initial design and material selection to installation and final handover, ensuring adherence to specifications and client expectations.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment.
- Lead project teams, including in-house staff and subcontractors, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Utilize advanced project management and estimation software to enhance workflow and project outcomes.
- Proactively identify and resolve project challenges, implementing solutions that maintain project integrity and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
Qualifications :
- Extensive experience in commercial roofing and waterproofing, with a minimum of 5 years in estimation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of roofing systems, waterproofing solutions, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong professional relationships.
