A Bit About the Role

• Drive day-to-day leasing goals onsite
• Interacting with prospective residents via phone, e-mail, and in person
• Conducting tours, diligently pursuing the close of each sale
• Performing follow ups, and completing leasing paperwork with prospective residents
• Seeking Part-Time help:
  
  • Wednesdays and Saturdays required; additional hours avaialbe
  • Please note there is potential for this to become a Full-Time position
