Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative at Ocala Baths, LLC, your day-to-day tasks will involve engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences, promoting our bath and shower systems, providing product demonstrations, preparing quotes, and closing sales.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the home improvement industry
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
• Willingness to learn about bath and shower systems and stay updated with industry trends
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or business is a plus
