Job Description:
- Process payroll for 200-250 employees using ADP WorkforceNOW software
- Review timecards to verify compliance
- Process payroll timesheets in an accurate and timely manner
- Calculate payroll for both hourly and salaried employees (Union experience is helpful!)
- Ensure employee sick/vacation time is available
- Communicate with proper people, communicating and completing all steps in the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee personnel files and helps ensure employee hours are entered properly
- Ensure compliance in new hire and additional paperwork for current employees through our online system
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
