Description:
The Specialist, Sr. Experience Designer has significant design experience responsible for entire projects guided and coached by Design Managers and Directors. Involved in the hiring process for new designers, is highly experienced in UX processes and tools, and proficient in three or more UX competencies. Plays acting roles in UX activities, receives mentorship from design leaders to further develop craft, and coach Associate Experience Designers. Has advanced experience working in cross-disciplinary teams and is proficient at presenting broader ideas to peers, leaders and stakeholders.
Define the design (experience) strategy leading and facilitating working sessions with stakeholders and business partners, utilizing the Discovery Canvas Approach, to unpack and highlight the problem statement that seeks to identify the Opportunity, Response, Impact, Outcome
Auditing the landscape competitively and comparatively for inspiration, design trends, as well as insights that can be referenced throughout the design process
Lead the holistic, end-to-end, Human Centered Design efforts for the team, ensuring the successful delivery of a best-in-class, customer centric outcome
Create the required artifacts as they relate to all aspects of experience design and experience architecture for both native and mobile web environments. Always ensuring each can be easily translated and applied by your development and technology partners
Produce and or oversee the production of all visual design assets and components aligned with the Design System and Playbook
Prototype quickly and accurately the interactive design as a customer would experience the product or service showcasing to the team performance and behavior of the layout and user interface (lo-fi & hi-fi)
Conduct user research and user testing utilizing methods such as remote usability testing, A/B testing, 1:1 interviews, rapid contextual inquiries etc...
Coordinate and peer review with other designers to ensure consistency and quality of design reflects and acknowledges the patterns of the industry as well as those from our Design System and Playbook
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
? 8 years in a Product Design, UX or equivalent design role
? Agency and or corporate environment experience
? Solid experience with the following
