Job Title: Maintenance Person

Duties:

- Complete Make-Readies and unit turns
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and provide solutions
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Drywall repair. Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks
- Repair or replace damaged windows, doors, and locks
- Help HVAC & Plumbing Technicians when necessary
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Experience with tile and flooring

General ground and facility maintenance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent

Note: A valid driver's license is required for this position, as you will receive a Take Home Vehicle

Must have own tools. Tool purchases can be discussed and deducted from pay over periods.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.12 - $24.23 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
