Hanad Home Health Care , LLC is Hiring a Mental Health Professional Near Minneapolis, MN

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing counseling, therapy, and support services to clients dealing with various mental health issues. As a Mental Health Professional, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health concerns and formulate treatment goals.

· Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.

· Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and monitor progress.

· Offer crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

· Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

· Stay up to date on current research and best practices in the field of mental health.

Qualifications:

· Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

· Licensed or license eligible as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or similar credential.

· Demonstrated experience providing therapy and counseling services to individuals with diverse backgrounds and mental health concerns.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
