Provides high level confidential administrative special project support to the Executive Directors and is able to work independently with little or no supervision. Uses judgment and discretion to solve a variety of complex office related situations. Has the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment while remaining flexible and efficient with a high degree of professionalism. Performs analysis and makes recommendations from a variety of department related data.
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must have five or more years experience in an administrative/secretarial/coordinator role including experience supporting senior leadership and/or multiple leaders.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and other electronic and digital platforms is required.
  • Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Ability to type 50 wpm preferred.
  • Must be able to function in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities.
  • Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to work effectively with professional staff, medical staff, all levels of management, and maintain confidential information.
This position would be working onsite at our Children's main campus.
Monday through Friday between regular business hours.
