Our Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for supervising, overseeing, and coordinating day to day duties for its team members. They will be engaged in proactive and reactive maintenance and repairs to manufacturing equipment, support systems, physical structures of buildings, and site by guiding technicians to successfully complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Plant Technical Operations including Facilities, Processing Equipment, Utilities, Grounds, etc.
• Manages maintenance storeroom, computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), spare parts, inventory, MRO purchasing, PM routines, etc.
• Leads preventative maintenance process, defining processes, driving improvements and determining/achieving KPI targets
• Leads response effort to unplanned downtime events through the technician team and external partners
• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment
• Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards
• Ability to perform activities of workers supervised
• Other duties as required

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to effectively coach, monitor, and discipline employees
• Ability to work in a team-centered atmosphere and select and train new employees
• Ability to initiate, coordinate, and enforce operational and personnel policies and procedures
• Knowledge of welding techniques, maintenance, and modifications/upgrades of sanitary equipment
• Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and other electronic controls
