Ascenx Technologies, Inc. Located in Milpitas CA is seeking an individual to provide strong leadership, timely workflow and meet the needs of our customers.

Objectives of this role

• Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term production/operational plans
• Maximize production efficiency and productivity through interdepartmental collaboration
• Develop and execute necessary production processes to achieve company’s production objectives
• Set strategic goals for production efficiency
• Analyze current production processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor day-to-day production goals
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day productions to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
• Develop production strategies to assure scalable programs for company-wide growth; implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
• Adhere to the company’s policies and standards, and ensure that laws and regulations are being followed
• Work closely with Human Resources to lead production team with integrity and to establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment

Required skills and qualifications

• Five or more years managing production/manufacturing role for cables and harnesses or electrical mechanical assemblies manufacturing
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity
• Ability to streamline and implement production processes to boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands
• Proficient experience with MRP, Excel, Six Sigma and ISO 9001 requirements
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business related field
• Experience in developing budgets and productions plans
• Superior interpersonal skills and excellent team player
• Strong working knowledge of performance metrics

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year
