Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager assistant to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure efficiency and quality in production.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, implementing process improvements, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality control.

Duties:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet operational goals
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes
- Manage a team of production staff, providing leadership and guidance
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations
- Utilize MRP systems for effective resource planning
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members

Skills:
- Strong background in operations management within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and systems
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of assembly processes
- must to have computer skills , work with system , excel files
- Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving production targets
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles
